Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Free Exchanges:
- No Demons covers the shipping cost for exchanges in Australia.
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and packaging (including tags).
- Once we receive the item(s), your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If you would like a Free Exchange, please contact us at hello@nodemons.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Name of the product you are returning
- Product you would like to receive in exchange (including size/colour)
Returns:
- We're a very small brand and we wouldn't survive if we gave free shipping on returns.
- Customers must cover the shipping cost for returns.
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and packaging (including tags).
- Once we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Incorrect Item:
- No Demons covers the shipping cost for incorrect items.
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and packaging (including tags).
- Once we receive the item(s), the correct item will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nodemons.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo or video clearly showing the incorrect item
Damaged Item:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@nodemons.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Choice: send another product or provide refund?
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing defective item or damaged area. Photo or video should be taken on a flat surface with the product tag visible where possible. We will use this to assist you and prevent similar errors in the future.
